Consulting, analytics and design.
A key step in the creation of any information system is the identification of requirements and detailed design. Our team of system and business analysts, as well as ux/ui designers, immerse themselves in client tasks, identify requirements, study the business, and as a result, write task statements and technical specifications for development that are understandable to both the business customer and programmers.
We have successfully designed and are ready to repeat:
CRM systems;
Business processes: study, display in notations, proposals for optimization and development of BP configurators;
Complex high-load b2c/b2b online stores and marketplaces;
Corporate portals for more than 1000 employees;
Projects with unique business logic, several personal accounts, a set of services, calculators;
Mobile applications with interface prototyping for Android and iOS separately;
Information systems for banks and financial organizations;
LMS systems (learning management systems);
TMS systems (transport management systems).
Design process:
1. Pre-design research and analytics.
Business analysis: We define the goals and objectives of all parties. We identify consumer pains and business goals. Conducting a series of interviews and surveys with a business group. We form a vision of the project and a top-level plan for its development in the short, medium and long term.
Competitive analysis and benchmarking is an important part of business analysis research. We conduct an industry analysis in order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the system under study. We develop recommendations for drawing up or adjusting the strategy for its development.
Custom analysis: We define the target audience, designate the most priority segments. We collect requirements from users of the system and analyze their pain through in-depth interviews and questionnaires.
We analyze web analytics systems and the technical condition of the site for errors in the interface and functionality. We make a list of recommendations and requirements to eliminate all identified shortcomings in the subsequent development of a new site.
This is the most important and rather large block of work on business and web analytics, competitive and niche research, immersion in the specifics of the business, product and the context of the information field around it. At the same stage, the list of technical requirements for the project is adjusted. If necessary, the current specification is corrected or a new specification is drawn up.

2. Architectural and scenario design.
Based on the study, a list of hypotheses is compiled, user roles, scenarios of their behavior and interaction with the system are described. The logical and navigation core of the project, information architecture is being developed. All relationships between sections, blocks and pages are designed. A mechanism is being laid for the subsequent scaling of the project without violating logic and navigation.
3. UX - design.
We design all the pages of the site, if necessary, assemble them into a dynamic prototype that simulates the work of a finished service (without design).
4. Post-analytics, design support and testing.
Design support, including a loop of improvements — generating and testing hypotheses based on analytics, creating a backlog of ideas for product development, and providing consulting.
5. Usability testing.
Testing on respondents, identifying design errors and generating additional hypotheses.
6. TOR.
Writing the terms of reference for the development of the system with a detailed description of the logic of each functional module and element of the system.
7. Development of other project documentation:
Test program and methodology, user and administrator manuals, system interaction schemes, etc.
High-quality design takes up to 35% of the time spent when creating a system.
Design cost.
The cost of a norm-hour of work - from 60 usd.
Turnkey design - from 6,000 usd to 60,000 usd.
Point tasks in analytics: audit, survey, consulting - are evaluated individually.
Savings on detailed design leads to an increase in the development budget by an average of 50-100% of the original estimate.
Audit and consulting.
It often happens when an organization already has a ready-made system, but there is no confidence in the optimal implementation of certain modules and it is necessary to conduct an audit by external specialists.
Our analysts can audit both the entire project and its individual modules. Identify bottlenecks, design errors, write a list of recommendations for improving functionality.
Based on the received report, you will be able to set tasks to improve the functionality of existing systems.
Simplicity, consistency, convenience and full functionality of the system is the key to its demand among users.
Automation of business processes.
Each company builds its own business processes based on existing regulations, systems, roles and positions in the company. The optimality of the chains of these processes, and their automation can significantly increase the efficiency of employees.
We can study your processes, formalize them, find bottlenecks and offer their optimization, as well as design and write task statements for their automation based on existing or new information systems.
CRM
Separately, we highlight the automation of sales department processes based on CRM systems. We will help to implement and build processes within the system, as well as develop such reporting and monitoring systems that will allow company managers to receive the necessary information on key performance indicators of the company on time and in full.
LMS systems (learning management systems)
In recent years, internal systems of corporate training for employees have become more and more in demand. These systems allow:
it is easy for those responsible for training in the company to create and upload new training materials, distribute them among training groups;
heads of departments to monitor the success of training of their employees;
employees on time (reminders) and conveniently (remotely) take all the necessary courses, receive all the information they need for work.
We can offer you the design of a training system for a company both on the basis of a finished product and from scratch, based on the processes, motivation and characteristics of your company.
